What Is Gold Vermeil?
14K/18K gold vermeil is solid 925 silver coated in a thick layer of 14K/18K gold. AMARYZ pieces use 2.5 microns of gold applied in 8 layers, giving the jewelry a long-lasting, tarnish-resistant finish that looks like solid gold for years.
White gold vermeil is sterling silver plated with rhodium, a durable metal known for its brilliant white shine. In fact, all white gold jewelry is plated with rhodium, because unplated white gold has a natural yellow hue. So when you look at white gold, you’re actually seeing the rhodium plating—which is the same rhodium we apply to our silver.

Step 1: Measure Your Wrist
To determine your bracelet size, we strongly advise measuring the size of your wrist rather than another bracelet.
- Using a length of string or ribbon, wrap it around the base of your wrist. To ensure a comfortable bracelet fit, we recommend measuring the thickest part of the wrist, usually the wrist joint.
- With a pen, mark the point on the string where the end meets.
- Measure the string in mm or inches with a ruler.
- Use the size chart (step 2).
Tips:
- We recommend adding one centimeter if you prefer a loose fit.
- Remember that the two wrists differ slightly in size.
Step 2: Find Your Size in the Table
| Your wrist size | Bracelet size |
|---|---|
| 12.9-14 cm / 5.1-5.4 inches | 15 |
| 14.1-15 cm / 5.6-5.9 inches | 16 |
| 15.1-16 cm / 5.9-6.3 inches | 17 |
| 16.1-17 cm / 6.3-6.7 inches | 18 |
