We want you to be completely satisfied with your AMARYZ purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions:
Exchanges
How to Start an Exchange:
Email us at contact@amaryz.com with your order number and the pieces you’d like to exchange.
Shipping:
We provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S.-based customers. Returns and exchanges from other countries are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on local import laws and duties.
Exchange Window:
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Returns

Restocking Fee:

$8 for U.S. orders

$18 for international orders
Return Window:
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.

Jewelry with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Restocking Fee:

$8 for U.S. orders

$18 for international orders
Exceptions:

No restocking fee applies if you choose store credit instead of a refund.

Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
