AMARYZ Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AMARYZ purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions:

Exchanges

How to Start an Exchange:
Email us at contact@amaryz.com with your order number and the pieces you’d like to exchange.

Shipping:
We provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S.-based customers. Returns and exchanges from other countries are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on local import laws and duties.

Exchange Window:
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.


Returns

How to Start a Return:
Email us at contact@amaryz.com with your order number and the pieces you’d like to return.

Shipping:
We provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S.-based customers. Returns and exchanges from other countries are handled individually based on local import laws and duties.

Restocking Fee:

  • $8 for U.S. orders

  • $18 for international orders

Return Window:
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.


Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.

  • Jewelry with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted.


Refunds

Processing Time:
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Restocking Fee:

  • $8 for U.S. orders

  • $18 for international orders

Exceptions:

  • No restocking fee applies if you choose store credit instead of a refund.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
