AMARYZ Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AMARYZ. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions:

U.S. Orders ($14 Return Fee):
Returns and exchanges are available for all U.S. customers.
A flat $14 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges remain free.
To receive your prepaid return or exchange label, please email us at contact@amaryz.com with your order number and request.

International Orders ($20 return fee - Handled Case by Case):
For international customers, returns and exchanges are handled case by case due to varying tariffs, duties, and import taxes.
A $20 return fee will apply.

Made-to-Order Items (Non-Refundable) All solid gold pieces with moissanites or diamonds are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. Canceling a custom order after 24h might result in a cancellation fee.
However, if there are any issues or adjustments needed, our team will gladly assist with repairs, sizing adjustments, or fixes to ensure you are satisfied with your piece.
Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.

Jewelry with removed or tampered tags will not be accepted.
Refunds

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse. -
U.S. Orders
Eligible U.S. returns are refunded to the original form of payment (minus the $14 return fee). -
International Orders
All international orders are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. This credit can be used toward any future purchase.
