AMARYZ Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AMARYZ. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions.
Returns and exchanges are available for all U.S. customers.
Returns: A flat $14 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. AMARYZ will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please email us at contact@amaryz.com with your order number and return request, and our team will provide your prepaid return label and next steps.
Exchanges: Exchanges are free of charge for U.S. customers. AMARYZ will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return your item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your exchange piece to you free of charge. Please email us at contact@amaryz.com with your order number and exchange request, and our team will provide your prepaid return label and next steps.

For international customers, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis due to varying tariffs, duties, and import taxes.
Returns: A $20 return fee will apply. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to AMARYZ and for any associated return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible returns will be issued as store credit, minus the $20 return fee.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to AMARYZ and for any associated return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your exchange piece to you free of charge.

Made-to-Order Items (Non-Refundable)
All solid gold pieces with moissanites or diamonds are made to order and are therefore non-refundable.
Custom orders may be canceled; however, cancellation fees apply. Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations made after 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be determined based on the amount of work already completed on the order at the time of cancellation.
If there are any issues with your piece or adjustments are needed, our team will gladly assist with repairs, sizing adjustments, or other necessary fixes to ensure you are satisfied with your piece.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse. UAE orders are processed within 3 business days.
U.S. Orders: Eligible U.S. returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus the $14 return shipping fee.
UAE Orders: Eligible UAE returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus the $7 return fee.
International Orders: Eligible international returns will be issued as store credit only, minus the $20 return fee. Store credit will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected and can be used toward any future purchase.
